Delivery time

We offer free home deliveries via our partner in France and Belgium.

Your order will be processed, printed and packed within 5 to 6 working days. Home delivery takes about 3 working days for France, 4 to 5 days for western Europe, and up to 14 days worldwide. Please note that for certain periods (September / October / End of December) the deadlines can be extended by a few days.


Information & Follow-up

You will receive an email confirmation of your order, including the delivery time and the necessary information about your order. A second email from our postal service will contain the tracking code of your order.


Exchanges & Returns

Orders go through a thorough quality control before being sent for delivery. If the customer receives the order with visible defects on the outer packaging during transport that affects the prints, the postal service will return it for inspection and return the order. The customer must check the packaging when it has been received before opening it.

If a work arrives in poor condition or shows signs of damage due to the false handling of the postal agents, Artofokus will exchange your works without additional costs and as quickly as possible.

Artofokus will only replace an order if there is an obvious difference in quality compared to the original photo displayed on the website.

In the event that the order is damaged or has a defect, the customer will have to destroy the order and send us photo proof by email, so that we can return the similar order. No refund is possible.

VERY IMPORTANT :

Each work of art is carefully examined by our staff prior to shipping. Please open your package as soon as received, in front of the postal service agent. If your work of art presents any kind of damage due to delivery, you must not accept the package and do not sign the delivery note. If you accept a parcel and the work of art is damaged, once you have signed the delivery note, you are personally liable and no exchange can be authorized by Artofokus.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or freight charges. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
